H&S have a flat rate of $6.00 delivery fee to anywhere in New Zealand.
Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email along with an estimated delivery schedule. Our orders take approximately 2.5 calendar weeks to make and deliver to you.
Rural delivery: Please note, rural delivery may be delayed 24 hours.
Australia - Delivery fee of $25.00 anywhere in Australia via courier. Please allow an additional few days to get this. Tracking confirmation will be sent as your order is dispatched. Please allow a total of 3 weeks from the time you ordered.
These dates are a guideline only. We aim to deliver as close to the estimated delivery date. If there are any delays, we will notify you as soon as possible via email.
All of our garments are hand made to order in New Zealand. The secret to keeping our prices affordable is that we only make what is ordered. With this in mind, please check the sizing guide for each garment before you make your purchase.

In the unlikely event that you need to return your item, please email us (email@example.com ) within 48 hours of receiving your order and ensure you include your order number and reason for return.
You will be provided with a return address, your item must be returned using a tracked courier service and you must provide the tracking number via email. Please make sure you include a note with your package with your full name, reason for returning and order number. Once the returned item has been received it will be inspected and if it is deemed in original condition a credit will be issued.
The value of the credit will be for the price of the item only (not the additional delivery fee charged at checkout). This credit can be used via the website during any of our presale times for up to six months after the date of issue.
As per our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act no refunds will be issued unless the item is deemed faulty; in which case, Harrïe & Sam will repair the fault or replace the garment with a new item in the same size and style. If we are unable to replace or repair, Harrïe & Sam will process your refund within 3 working days.
Please ensure you have read and understand the above conditions before requesting a return exchange or online credit code.
