Delivery & Returns Policy
H&S have a $6.95 delivery fee to anywhere in New Zealand.
Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email along with an estimated delivery schedule. Our orders take approximately 2.5 calendar weeks to make and deliver to you.
Rural delivery: Please note, rural delivery may be delayed 24 hours.
These dates are a guideline only. We aim to deliver as close to the estimated delivery date. If there are any delays, we will notify you as soon as possible via email.
Thank you for choosing to shop with us. We are so proud of our beautiful New Zealand made garments and hope you love your Harrïe & Sam choices too.
To help you out in your buying decision, we promise to provide as much product information as possible; from a clear size guide, to washing instructions, fabric content information, true colour and product images and design details. Collectively providing an honest and true representation of all our garments.
In the case that you would like to return an item, we provide a 10 (calendar) day return policy, which includes an exchange or online credit code.
All goods must be unworn and returned in original selling condition (excluding makeup stains and any odours) and with original tags, to be eligible for an exchange or online credit code. Unless the item is faulty, we will not accept any returns outside this timeframe.
Prior to returning your product, please email: info@harrïeandsam.co.nz and outline:
- Date of purchase and order number
- Reason for return
- Your exchange or online credit code request
- Tracking number (Harrïe & Sam do not take any responsibility for goods lost in transit upon return).
- Please request the return delivery address
Return courier charges are not covered by Harrïe & Sam and MUST contain a tracking number.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, Harrïe & Sam will provide direct feedback to you. A unique credit code or exchange item will be arranged once the return has been approved.
If you are returning an item to exchange, Harrïe & Sam will provide the next pre-sale delivery schedule for your replacement garment. As garments are made upon order, please allow for this timeframe.
No refunds will be given unless the item is deemed faulty; in which case, Harrïe & Sam will repair or replace any faulty garment with a new item. If we are unable to replace or repair, Harrïe & Sam will process your refund within 3 working days.
Please ensure you have read and understand the above conditions before requesting a return exchange or online credit code.
