HARRIE & SAM FOUNDER

Harrïe & Sam owner Stacey has poured her heart and soul into the business since its inception in 2017. Her passion and enthusiasm for NZ made ethical fashion paired with her classic and functional style, has resonated with women across the country, creating the business you see today - A premium, go-to brand for everyday women.

Identifying a gap in the market for accessible, high-quality, NZ made-to-order garments in easy-to-wear styles, Harrïe & Sam was born! Stacey's hope is that Harrïe and Sam will slow fashion down and will highlight the importance of lessening the impact that this industry has on Mother Nature.

Waikato born and bred, Stace is a country kid at heart. When she's not working on H&S (which isn’t often tbh!) she is can be found reading a book, tending to her veggie garden, enjoying coffee catch ups with friends and creating a beautiful life alongside her builder husband, their newborn son Jimmy and their two furbabes Harrie & Zeus.

Alongside her family achievements and happy home-life, one of Stacey's biggest achievements is seeing the growth of H&S thanks to our loyal and supportive customers. It's so heart-warming and fulfilling to see how much our customers love
and appreciate our humble yet mighty NZ brand!

MEET ROCHELLE

customer support & operations manager

If you’ve been a customer at one of our pop-up shops then you’ve probably experienced the “Rochelle-Spell”. Rochelle is a people person through and through, and to say she has a way of making everyone she encounters feel special, would be an understatement.

The backbone of the day-to-day Harrïe & Sam operations, Rochelle manages everything from customer service, placing and packing orders, pop-up shops and everything else in between. She loves helping our customers feel great and is always going above and beyond to make sure you are all happy, she’s an absolute superstar!

Rochelle has extensive experience in the retail environment, having managed a chain of fashion stores in the past, and has also had previous roles in bank management, and sales coaching.

Rochelle has two beautiful school aged children, keeping her on her toes with their inquisitive personalities and they are by far her biggest achievement to date. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going for walks, coffees or shopping and is quite partial to a night out. She has also recently completed an event management course and absolutely loves cake decorating.

Rochelle loves the versatility of the styles and fabrics H&S have to offer and feels lucky to be in a role that she loves, is fun, challenging yet exciting and no two days are the same! We are very lucky to have Rochelle on our team and we hope you get to experience that infamous “Rochelle-Spell” at one of our upcoming pop-ups or events.
